Any claims and content provided is for information purposes only and have not been evaluated by U.K. healthcare bodies or any other European healthcare bodies and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or infections. 

The information/advertising about products provided on this website is as informational guidance and is not intended to substitute any advice given by your G.P, Healthcare Professional or any product label or packaging. You should not use any information on the website to diagnose or treat any problems with your health or infections you may have.  

It is important to remember every person is different and can react differently to a particular product. These reactions can be significant for each individual, depending on your constitution. 

If you experience any adverse reactions when using our wipes you should stop using the product immediately and consult a G.P or healthcare practitioner. 

Please notify us within 30 days of payment if your order has not arrived. This rarely happens but from time to time a delivery partner can lose orders. By getting in touch within 30 days, we can arrange for a re-send. 

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is a problem with your order. For example: You have been sent the incorrect products or quantities. On these occasions we do ask that you provide images of everything you have received. 

Please note, Titty Tissues can only ship to the address you provide at checkout. If the wrong address is entered your order will likely be returned to us at which one point we can re-send your order if you can cover the shipping fee. Otherwise we will refund your order when the product is returned. If an invalid address is provided we withhold the right to pass on any additional costs to the customer. For example: shipping and return costs. 

For international orders, you may have to pay import duties. If you refuse to do this, you will not be refunded for the cost of the shipping. 

If you refuse delivery or ask for the parcel to be returned for a refund, you may also be subject to additional charges by the shipper courier.
